Please read these Terms and Conditions ('Terms', 'Terms and Conditions') carefully before using the Charts Email application (the 'Service') operated by Widd Industries Ltd.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ('Content'). You are responsible for the nature of the content. Charts Email will not make public any of your Content unless you explicitly request it and will safeguard your data from any unauthorized access appropriately.

The function of the service

The service provides a means to send emails, in which the user may include charts from Google Sheets.

Contacting You

As part of offering you the Service we may need to contact you to let you know of any problems relating to the set up of your emails. If you no longer wish to be contacted, please let us know by emailing support@widdindustries.com.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Our Intellectual Property Rights

The contents of our website at widdindustries.com (“the Website”), including its “look and feel” (e.g., text, graphics, images, logos and button icons), photographs, editorial content, notices, software and other material are protected under copyright, trademark and other laws. The content of the Website and all intellectual property rights in the Service belong to or are validly licensed to us. We grant you the right to view and use the Service subject to these terms. You may download or print a copy of information provided on the Service for your personal, internal and non-commercial use only. Any distribution, reprint or electronic reproduction of any content from the Service in whole or in part for any other purpose is expressly prohibited without our prior written consent.

Ending the Agreement

This Agreement will continue to apply until terminated by either you or us as set out below. If you want to terminate your agreement, email support@widdindustries.com with the Google Sheet ID of any sheets where you have created ChartsEmail emails. For security we will confirm to you by email before closing your account. When confirmed your account will be closed and your data deleted from our database. Your account data will be removed subject to and as explained in our Privacy Policy.

We may at any time, terminate our agreement with you:

if you have breached any provision of this Agreement (or have acted in a manner which clearly shows that you do not intend to, or are unable to comply with the provisions of this Agreement);
if we in our sole discretion believe we are required to do so by law (for example, where the provision of the Service to you is, or becomes, unlawful);
or immediately upon notice, to the e-mail address provided by you as part of your user information.

Modifications to the Agreement

We may modify this Agreement from time to time. Any and all changes to this Agreement will be posted on our site. The Agreement will always state the date it was last revised. You are deemed to accept and agree to be bound by any changes to the Agreement when you use the Service after those changes are posted.
